TERMS & CONDITIONS: Melissa Yvonne Photography requires a retainer to secure your appointment time and date and/or due date which is non-refundable. The retainer is due at the time of booking and will be deducted from the amount of your final order, remainder of balance is due at your ordering appointment. Digital images, prints and products are for personal use only and can not be submitted for contests, client can not use for advertising, and can not be re sold. All edits are final and are completed according to the artistic vision of the photographer. Melissa Yvonne Photography is not responsible for the cooperation of the subjects being photographed. Copywrite of the images remain with Melissa Yvonne Photography. Melissa Yvonne Photography is not responsible for any illness, injuries, damage, etc. that occur before, during, or after your appointment/session. All prints, products, and digital images are non-refundable due to the custom nature of photography. Prints and products are guaranteed for one year and are protected from any manufacture defects during that time. Melissa Yvonne Photography is not responsible for any physical damage to prints and products caused by the client. Rescheduling may be done for illness and inclimate weather (inclimate weather is at the discretion of the photographer). I agree to these terms and conditions. *
